Hi John, Excellent work and so quick and on a Sunday! As Ruth will tell you I am not easily impressed but you've managed it. Over the past 20 years I have been running a business consultancy called Customer Care Consulting. I have travelled the world working with big multi-national companies and I can honestly say that I don't think you need to come on my courses.  In fact,  if you have no objections, I will use this experience in my future programs as a great example of how to exceed customer expectation!
