Situated on the Malaga to Cadiz coast road, this beautiful villa is only 1.5km from the lively marina of Puerto Duquesa with its shops, small cafes, restaurants and bars, and accompanying golf course and hotel. By car, the following towns are within easy reach of the villa; Sabinillas 3 minutes, Estepona 10 minutes, Gibraltar 25 minutes and Marbella 30 minutes. If you can be tempted to leave the villa, close by there is so much to see and do, including hiking, rock climbing, cycling, golf, tennis, gym, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, hunting, horse riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkelling/diving, boating, sailing, waterskiing, surfing, parasailing, jet skiing. For avid golfers championship courses include, San Roque, Sotogrande and the Ryder Cup venue of Valderama, all within 20 minutes drive. The sandy beach, 3 kilometres long, is only 400 m away where there are several beach bars and restaurants.

The Villa: is 200 sq. mtrs, located in a quiet private road and standing in its own landscaped garden with swimming pool and lovely sea and countryside views, and a large covered terrace/outdoor dining area. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge, dish-washer, washing machine, micro-wave etc, and there is comfortably furnished living room with fireplace, air conditioning/heating, satellite TV and stereo. The garden is landscaped and has a swimming pool, dining terrace with gas BBQ and sun loungers. You will also find a baby buggy, cot, travel cot, high-chair, 2 car seats and toys, games and books for children, and modern paper-backs, cd's (mixed music). There are also videos for children and adults (varied), and hair-dryers.
