Pueblo Jara, Nerja, Costa del Sol The villa is a beautiful, detached property on the edge of a town called Nerja. The villa has two parts. Upstairs are three-bedrooms, two bathrooms, luxury appointed kitchen, large open lounge and dining room, Sky television. Bring your own cards. The balcony to one side of the villa has a panoramic view of the countryside to the Almijara Mountains. The front balcony overlooks the private swimming pool and views of the sea and Africa on a clear day. Large terrace to front with gas barbeque. Below is a separate, self-contained apartment with well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and two bedrooms with two single beds and a double bed.
In the grounds surrounding the house are mature fruit trees including apricots, peaches, cherries and grape vines. There is a carport and large storeroom with washing machine. The villa is fully furnished and equipped. The house is in one of Nerja's most select areas on the road to Burriana beach, a very quiet residential area. The beach is half a mile and town centre one mile.
