Take a winding road through vineyards and stunning mountain scenery and you reach Villa Palma, surrounded by forest in a beautiful secluded location. San Pere de Ribes is the closest town, and has a large supermarket, but there is a bank, pharmacy and local shop just 2 minutes away.  Barcelona is very simple to drive to, straight down C32 following the signs, and there are many cheap car parks in town, so it is well worth a visit. The lovely, old Spanish town of Sitges, with a traditional Spanish feel, is the nearest beach resort and has a free car park. It is highly popular with affluent Barcelona residents, and offers many great restaurants, bars and clubs. There are regular trains into Barcelona from Sitges.  There are many other beach resorts within 20 minutes drive.

The Villa: a beautiful brand new villa, with 6 bedrooms, offering very flexible accommodation, with the upper and lower floor having their own facilities.  Each bedroom has a large double bed, which can be split into 2 single beds; all bedrooms also have hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. The master bedroom is very large, taking the whole top floor of the villa, with large sliding doors leading onto a large balcony with a table and two chairs and many large plants creating a secluded oasis; it is also en-suite, as are two of the other bedrooms. The villa also has a family bathroom.

There are two spacious lounges with dining areas, two full fitted and fully equipped kitchens, and plenty of space across three floors ensuring privacy and freedom. Both kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric oven and hob, breakfast bar and two stools, and a full set of crockery, cutlery, kitchen equipment and glasses The lounge areas are comfortably furnished, one having a PC with high speed Internet connection, a telephone line and fax machine, and each having satellite television, offering a wide variety of films in English and Spanish. There are also two HiFi systems and DVD players with DVD library of popular films.

The dining areas each have seating for up to ten, and large sliding doors lead onto either the upper or lower terrace, which have an outdoor dining table and parasol with six dining chairs, a large built in outdoor BBQ. A wide tiled path leads down to the pool.

Outside: The pool, with curved steps into water, is a tapered rectangle measuring 10m by 6m along longest sides, the deepest point being just over 2m. Stunning under water flood lighting, ideal for night swimming The pool is not heated but is generally beautifully warm and ideal for swimming May to September. The large poolside terrace has six sun loungers with side tables and parasols, and gets the sun all day long. There is a selection of inflatable beds and a child's paddling pool.

Outdoors games include table tennis table, basketball hoop and ball, badminton set and beach tennis. The back terrace at far end of grounds has a dining table and six dining chairs, and a wide tiled path leads all around the grounds (total area of 1000 sq. m.) which are planted with palms, exotic plants, citrus and other fruit trees. The villa nestles in a secluded forest setting with no adjoining neighbours allowing nude sunbathing for the adventurous guest!

A car is essential. Nearest airport is Barcelona, approx. 40 minute drive.
