lot easier & faster due to the construction of the new improved coastal
highway & toll roads.

La Duquesa's charm

The Apartment:
Our 3 bedroom Penthouse
is situated on the 5th floor of the east wing of the new Duquesa Marina
complex. The terrace which overlooks 2 of the pools and paddle tennis courts
provides panoramic views of the beach, coast, sea & mountains.
The large 33m² terrace is south facing
and benefits from sun for most of the day, the setting sun also illuminates
the distant west facing mountains providing a dramatic evening vista.
All bedrooms have sea & pool views.

with a digital temperature controller situated in the lounge area. There is
a security intercom in the kitchen that connects with main entrance; the
main entrance doors can be activated remotely from the front lobby.
