Welcome to our Andalucian-styled beach villa, complete with panoramic sea and coastal views steps (3 metres) from the beach, and five minutes from the closest golf course.

This villa has its own private sun-drenched garden and a large private roof terrace ideal for sunbathing and BBQ's. The villa is set amidst sub-tropical gardens with a number of swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court and a football pitch all close-by within the development.

Our villa offers you the best of both worlds - a quiet location, but with the added peace of mind of 24-hour security. There are no loud discos/clubs to keep you awake all night! These are just ten minutes drive away at Estepona port. We also enjoy 320 days of sunshine per year, making our villa idea for wonderful summers or mild winters. We have a real fireplace to enhance the living room.

Marina de Casares enjoys a 1km stretch of European Blue Flag sandy beach, with our villa placed alongside the promenade. There are two marinas 5, and 10 minutes away which feature many attractive bars and restaurants. The villa is also close to 4 golf courses, including Valderrama and La Duquesa (5 minutes). Gibraltar is a twenty minute drive away for duty free goods, as is Marbella in the other direction.
