Situated on the beautiful south coast of Spain with views of North Africa and Gibraltar our apartment is located overlooking the 17^th green of Duquesa Golf & Country Club. Only a 2minute stroll will take you to the beautiful port of Duquesa, the attractive promenades encircling the Port offer a variety of restaurants, intimate bars and cafes. Nestled between 2 beaches the Port seems a million miles from the hustle and bustle you might expect from the Costa del Sol, but for those looking for the hectic nightlife – you can rub shoulders with the “rich & famous” at Marbella and Puerto Banus just 20 mins drive away. Our location is also perfect for those who prefer not to drive, a large supermarket is located 5 minutes walk away.

The Apartment is brand new for 2003, has been carefully furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen and utility room to include a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, cooker microwave iron & ironing board. The living area is comfortably furnished with fireplace, CD player, TV and DVD player and has a separate dining area.
Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with outside dining area for 6 and a private garden with views over the pool and golf course. There is a master bedroom has twin beds with en-suite bathroom to include hairdryer, bidet, bath, shower & double sink. A second bedroom has 2 single beds with same size beds under which can be used as either single or double beds. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. A second bathroom includes bidet, shower, bath and sink. The apartment is on the ground floor on one level complete with marble floors and hot/cool air conditioning. There is underground car parking for 1 vehicle with a lift to the apartment.

The apartment & pool is sympathetic to those less able.

Set in lovely tropical gardens with benches, water feature and lighting is a large pool with access by a ramp or staircase together with a separate children’s’ pool. Close to hand you will find Gibraltar 20 mins, from there Tangiers is a 35 min boat trip. Selwo National Park 15 mins, Costa del Sol’s only racecourse 30 mins, Fuengirola Zoo, Water Park 30 mins. 1-2 hours drive is Cadiz, Seville, Granada & Ronda.

Bed linen provided (changed weekly), but not beach/pool towels.
Nearest airports: Gibraltar 20 mins, Malaga 45 mins, Jerez 180 mins.
