Only 30 minutes drive from Alicante and Murcia airports, this modern ground floor apartment with terrace and small garden has a seafront location, with secure garage and public parking. Solarium and barbecue area on roof with lift access. The apartments have a shared residents swimming pool, 24 hour reception, wheelchair access and are only a 2 minute walk from a safe sandy beach. There are all necessary amenities within 5 minutes walk; banks, shops, restaurants, bars, local bus stop, and car hire. Golf courses are within 5 minutes drive away and only 15 minutes drive to Torrevieja, a lively Spanish seaside town.

The Apartment consists of: Double bedroom (double bed) with large wardrobe and set of drawers, a twin bedroom (2 single beds) with large wardrobe, two bathrooms; one with bath and shower, twin sinks, toilet and bidet, the other with shower cubicle, single sink and toilet. There is a modern fitted kitchen with cooker, oven, washing machine, large fridge/freezer. Various kitchen accessories and table settings for four. A lounge/dining room with TV leads to the terrace and small garden.

Coast and Beaches: The safe sandy beaches of Aguamarina and Compamoar are within a few minutes walk from the apartment down the hill. The rocky coves of Caba Roig are closeby, good for fishing from.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% of rental cost is required with the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than six weeks prior to arrival.
A £50 damages deposit is required on your arrival which will be returned on your departure.
Changeover day: Saturday, although this is flexible during the low season. Check in after 4:00pm and Departure by 10:00am to allow sufficient time for the apartment to be cleaned. Local agent for any problems concerning your accommodation during your stay.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Electricity and water included in price. Pets: not permissible.
