This delightfully restored farmhouse, in the pretty hamlet of Tijola, offers 2 completely self contained cottages, perfect for small groups or larger parties wishing to retain some privacy. Just 5kms. from Orgiva near the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, there are wonderful views from all directions. Granada and the Alhambra Palace, with its breathtaking gardens,  can be reached within 55 minutes, and the beaches of the Costa Tropical in 35 minutes. Tijola, with its whitewashed cottages and dazzling flowers, is a place that is untouched by time and is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The bustling town of Orgiva offers a weekly street market, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants, and there are a multitude of activities in the area including horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, a golf course on the coast and a water park at Almunecar. Enjoy bird watching or walking in the stunning countryside, in spring time the air filled with the perfume of flowers and herbs, or for the less active simply watching the mules pass by might be the order of the day! In winter, there is skiing in the Sierra Nevada resorts, just 1½ hours away. 

Casita La Luna: has a fully equipped kitchen/lounge with sofa bed and wood burning stove, a double en suite bedroom with extra beds and a cot, and a further bathroom. 

Casita El Sol: has a fully equipped kitchen/lounge with sofa bed and wood burning stove, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a bathroom. 

Outside: There are large terraces and courtyard/patio shaded by citrus and olive trees, and you are welcome to pick the fruit in season. There is a barbecue and a 10m x 5m swimming pool for your enjoyment. The English owners live permanently on site to ensure the properties are maintained to a very high standard, and to help you enjoy your stay.
