Enjoying a country atmosphere, just 5 mins from downtown Marbella, the property faces oak, palm, cypress an avocado trees in a full garden with mountain views. The living room/bedroom has 2 single beds which can be clampedtogether to make a double bed, and there are double glass doors leading onto the terrace, just 1mtr from the swimming pool. The beautiful kitchen is very well fitted and equipped for two people, and has a whirlpool washing machine, and there is a bathroom. The studio has a TV, radio/cassette player and a VCR with a hookup device for your video camera. There is a fireplace for those cooler winter evenings.

Central for a multitude of activities, 5mins from Marbella, Puerto Banus and the beach, four golf courses, and just a few minutes from the Saudi Palace, Olivia Volaires Disco, and the Monolo Santana tennis club. The old town of Marbella is quite charming with its winding streets and a multitude of shops. There are many events held in bull rings in the region, including concerts, exhibitions and dancing. If you tire of the quality shops and tourist shops selling fine embroideries and linens, visit the Tuesday flea market in Fuenguirola. Best buys are leather goods, linens, pearls and pottery. The Costa del Sol stretches for 72 miles from Nerja, nearly to Algeciras, and has a stunning collection of beaches, fishing villages and busy resorts, with a backdrop of the Sierra Nevada mountains. The temperate climate attracts visitors all year round, in March and April the temperatures are generally in the low to mid sixties.

Car hire is easily accessible and reasonably priced.
