La Resinera apartments really are just a short step away from the sea. With views of one of the most famous sites in the Mediterranean, the Pillars of Hercules, the Rock of Gibraltar, and the Rif Mountains of Morocco. It is a very pleasant urbanization with lots of facilities to keep adults and children amused. There is a heated indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool about 5mins walk away, and a well laid out par 3 golf course across the road. Within a 5 mile radius there are at least 10 other golf courses, some of which are the most well known in Spain. Other facilities in the area are tennis courts, riding stables and a safari park. There is also boat hire on the beach at the 5 star Las Dunas Hotel next door. Within a short walk there are a number of bars, restaurants and shop to suit all tastes. Further a field, you have the 17 miles of beautiful sandy beaches, lively nightlife, summertime fiestas and both Roman and Moorish architecture.
 
Marbellas many points of interest include the Bonsai Museum, the City Walls, El Fuerta beach, Marbella Mosque, the Museum of contemporary engravings, the Old Town, Orange Square and the seafront promenade. Ruined Arab villages lie in the mountains just a few miles distant and are well worth a visit. For the more lively holiday maker, Marbellas non-stop summertime fiestas include beauty contests, fashion shows and parties everywhere. 

La Resinera is situated roughly half way between the towns of San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona which are 12km apart. It is approx 45min drive from Malaga airport and about 40mins from Gibraltar. Marbella is about 15mins away and the chic Puerto Banus is about 10. Other interesting visits can be paid to the Roman towns in the mountains, the historic town of Granada with the Alhambra Palace and skiing can be found in the Sierra Nevadas in the wintertime. 

The Apartment: Is on 2/3 levels and is Bay fronted. It has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with double bed. They are both en-suite. There is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, including hob, microwave, oven and washing machine. Also either included or available from owner is bed linen, beach chairs, television.
