Located in a safe, central borough in the City on the Route of Modernisme, just 10 mins walk from the Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The well known Gaudi buildings in the Passeig de Gracia are just 5 mins walk away, and the apartments are ideally situated for exploring this wonderful city.

The Apartment: is air conditioned and is located in a building dating from 1890 and has been modernised and restored to a high standard. Offering a living room with satellite TV and hi-fi, and a fridge and microwave. Sleeping 10, there are 2 triple bedrooms, 1 double and 2 single. The 2 luxury bathrooms are fitted with power showers.

Bed linen and towels are included as is daily cleaning, and each tenant receives a key. A laundry service is available. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

Continental breakfast is included, and a Catalan breakfast offering a selection of pork meats, cheeses and delicious Catalan toast is an extra $8 U.S. per person.

Prices per night, min stay 3 nights :

Single person supplement of $10 U.S. per night.
