Javea is tucked in a beautiful bay between Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antonio situated on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca some 100 km south of Valencia. The area enjoys a particularly mild climate even during winter, making it possible for the holiday season to be extended throughout the year. To cater for this, the majority of facilities remain open during the winter months. Javea has fine sandy beaches, holding the accredited World Health Organisation

‘clean beach award’, in addition to breathtaking coastal and mountain scenery.

The main beach, Arenal, with shops and restaurants is 1.5 km from the villa.

Fresh fish maybe purchased every evening at the harbour, which also provides numerous excellent restaurants with various cuisines, fine wines and live entertainment.

Local Activities: swimming, diving/snorkeling, sailing/power boats, fishing, windsurfing, water skiing, tennis, golf, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, walking.

Nearest airport: Alicante - 80 km (1 hour's drive). A car is recommended.

The Villa: Well equipped and attractively furnished, situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by enclosed garden of 2000 sq metres. Laid to lawn and fruit trees, the fresh fruit being available to guests. Access is via private drive, offering complete privacy. Parking spaces within grounds.

Private, solar heated swimming pool (10 m x 4 m) with sun beds/shades. Built in barbecue adjacent to pool with terrace furniture.
The villa is of split level design, both levels fully equipped, making it perfect for family or group holidays, alternatively upper level only may be utilised for couples.
Each floor has three double bedrooms, lounge and kitchen, with two bathrooms on upper floor and one on lower.

Includes: washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, satellite TV.

Normal Bookings Saturday to Saturday, other days by arrangement.

Pets by arrangement.
Monthly bookings, at discounted rates, available during low season.
Available for renting all the year round, with full gas fired central heating, should it be required.
