This elegant and tastefully furnished villa is an absolute charm. With 3 bedrooms, sleeping from 2-8 people, 2 bathrooms, fully-fitted kitchen, with fridge-freezer, cooker and microwave, large living and dining area, sun room and utility room with washing machine. Set in a quiet residential area, 3 minutes from the old village of Busot  with its famous caves (Cuevas de Canalobre) known for their giant stalactite and stalagmite formations, and "sol y lumiere" shows. It has its own private swimming pool and extensive gardens with BBQ. Only 7 minutes away is the fishing town of El Campello, with its many pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants and beach.

For the golfers amongst you there is the championship course of Bonalba just 3 minutes away, or the Seve Ballesteros designed "Alicante Golf" course just 15 mins away in nearby Playa San Juan, which  is also renowned for its glorious beach, said to be one of the finest in Spain; 5 kms of golden sands with beach bars and restaurants. A large variety of water sports are available. Benidorm and the Terra Mitica theme park are a 30 mins drive away (15 mins on the motorway). For the more adventurous get up and go types, the villa is ideally situated for Denia / Calpe / Javea in the north (30 mins drive), and Torrevieja / La Manga / Murcia, 40 mins to the south. The temperate climate of the Alicante region makes it an ideal all year round holiday resort, for those late autumn, winter or spring breaks, as well as the summer holidays.

The historic city of Alicante is a 20 mins drive away, and has a cosmopolitan feel to it despite retaining its Spanish character. The Barrio (old part of the city) has a bustling night life and along with the new port  / marina area has plenty of bars, shops restaurants etc open all day and into the early hours.
