In a small residential complex, the apartment is in a quiet area on the outskirts of Cuidad Quesada in Rojales, reputed to be the healthiest region in Europe with acclaimed salt lagoons and superb climate. The town is about 10 minutes away, and it has an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and a water park. The surrounding area is mainly agricultural, with the representative crop being mainly orange and lemon groves. There are a number of lovely restaurants, pubs and supermarket within walking distance, and a limited bus service. Although there is a good taxi service, we recommend a car or bicycles for convenience. Within a ten minute drive there is the beautiful sandy beach at Guadamar with it's miles of dunes, where the biggest pine forest of the Costa Blanca is located. Bustling Torrevieja is just 15 minutes away, with it's beautiful promenade, international marina, and, of course, hundreds of restaurants, terraces, pubs and great night life. Alicante airport is 27 kms away.

The Apartment: is air conditioned with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a fold up bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer and washing machine, and the living area has a satellite TV, video recorder and hi-fi system. There is a bathroom with over bath shower. 

Outside: There is a small garden (overlooking the pool) which is equipped with garden furniture and gas BBQ.

To the rear is a car park with own car port.
