Superbly positioned, just yards from the blue flag sandy beach with stunning sea views, this villa enjoys an unrivalled location for the perfect holiday. Just an hours drive from the airports at Alicante and Valencia, it is very centrally located, and is within a few minutes easy stroll to the nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Gandia, with it's many restaurants, bars, shops and historical sights is just 15 kms. away, and of course, there is a varied range of watersports and other activities nearby. This area is noted for it's cleanliness and family atmosphere, much less touristy than many other regions. Benidorm, however, with it's many tourist attractions, is within easy reach by car.

The Villa: has an enormous, comfortably furnished living room with colour TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with ample crockery, cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The main dining area is situated on a magnificent terrace overlooking the beach. There are four spacious double bedrooms, three with large double beds and one with bunk beds, and all have en-suite bathrooms with bath, shower, bidet, basin and WC.  Although ideally equipped for eight people, further guests may be accommodated at the owners discretion.

Outside: There is a garden, huge terrace with ample furniture, built in BBQ and ample parking for vehicles. The owner of the villa lives discreetly below, in a self contained apartment. Though your privacy will be observed at all times, should you feel that you need help or advice to enable you to enjoy your stay to the fullest extent, he will be very happy to be of assistance.
