del Puerto, Alcossebre, Costa Del Azahar. Jardines del Puerto is a small exclusive development situated in Alcossebre, on "The Orange Blossom Coast" in the picturesque region of Costa del Azahar, often referred to as the jewel of the Spanish Mediterranean resorts. The apartment is in a small, gated secure complex just 2 minutes walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the village of Alcossbre. The marina of las Fuentas is visible from the apartments' private terrace, and is about 5 minutes walk away, with a further range of bars and restaurants. You can also hire jet skis and scuba diving equipment. Just a short drive away you can discover the small towns of Alcala de Chivert and Benicarlo with it's daily fish and vegetable market. Castellon is the largest town in the area, which is a 20 minute drive away. Slightly further inland and you are in the mountains Maestrazgo, with a variety of small villages which have remained unchanged for centuries, offering Tapas and barbecued meats from the locality. There are 2 excellent golf courses within a 30 minute drive, The Panoramica Golf and Country Club, designed by Berhard Langer, and the Club Campo del Mediterraneo, the home club of Sergio Garcia. The Apartment: has a fabulous seafront location, with it's own large, private sun terrace overlooking the Blue Flag sandy beach with views to the marina. There is good level access, and underground parking available. The rear entrance overlooks the two, full size swimming pools, one of which is gently sloping for easy access, and landscaped gardens, complete with Jacuzzi. It is in a brand new, low rise development, and has been newly furnished and equipped, and is air conditioned and heated. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a TV / Video and CD / cassette player, with a selection of videos and CDs for your enjoyment. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, halogen hob, oven and fridge / freezer, and there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There are also two full size shower rooms, one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. |
