El Pacifico, Villas Andaluzas,
Estepona, Nr. Marbella Villas Andaluzas is a small urbanisation of 35 Andalusian style villas, set in extensive landscaped grounds accessed via an electric security gate. Each house has it's own individual front and rear garden. There is a communal swimming pool, covered parking and gardens, but otherwise the facilities for each house are private. It is a quiet community on the fringe of the town of Estepona. The villa is just a two block walk from a large supermarket, which is open from 10am - 10pm daily. A 10 minute walk along the beach or street will bring you to central Estepona with it's many shops, cafés, bars, parks and markets, and there is also a 1½ beach promenade to the port where you will find more cafés, bars and a Sunday market. Estepona is centrally located half way between Gibralter and Malaga, an area with over 40 golf courses. The town has a population of approximately 45,000 people, and there is a large variety of services available, including excellent shops and restaurants. A 15 minute drive will bring you to the city of Marbella and Puerto Banus. There is a water theme park and the Selwo Wildlife Reserve nearby, horse riding, cycling and walking are also all available. Many popular sports are on offer, and boats can be hired at Estepona port for fishing or cruising. There are various interesting towns and "white villages" to explore in the area, many having significant historical interest such as Rhonda, Caseras and Mijas. Malaga airport is well served by most European cities, and Estepona is a 45 minute drive along the coast highway. There is also a new motorway which shortens the journey, however it is a toll road. The Villa: sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, with a garden that fronts the beach. There is an entry hall leading to a twin bedroom with a shower room next to it, which also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The second bedroom is also a twin, but the beds can be locked together, and this has an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading to the garden and beach. On the next level is a sitting room with TV,
an extensive library of books and a patio door leading to the terrace and garden, beach
side. The dining area and kitchen are also on this level. The kitchen has a fitted
oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, and there is also a good supply of
cooking equipment and crockery. On the next level is a gallery sitting room, with a
fireplace and sliding doors to a large roof terrace which is partly covered. The views are
superb, and there is a brick built BBQ, making this a perfect place for leisurely outside
dining. All rooms except the kitchen look out towards the beach. |
