El Romeral, is a Spanish village approximately 5 miles from Malaga. It is situated below the town of Alhaurin de la Torre and only 4 miles from the sea at Torremolinos. Car hire is essential to get the best from the area, but also to collect your groceries and visit the local restaurants. We also hire out mountain bikes and take small group tours through the local mountains by 4x4.

The Property: is a large 4 bedroomed Villa on a Finca, a securely fenced area of about ¾ of an acre, with ample secure parking. The Finca is planted with Orange, Lemon and Fig trees etc, plus we have a swimming pool and brick built BBQ.
The property is split into 2 levels and the accommodation consists of the Rooftop Terrace, which is accessed by its own external staircase.

The Rooftop Terrace covers an area of 10mtrs by 13 mtrs, and the actual terrace leads to 2 large bedrooms, each having a double bed and a single (but can be arranged into 3 singles). The bedrooms are separated by a landing area which accesses the shared fridge, microwave oven and the bathroom which is fitted with a ¾ bath, shower, bidet, wash basin and wc. All floors are tiled, and each room has kettle, mugs, plates and cutlery. (We can provide a basic pack of provisions, ie. bottled water, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits prior to arrival for a nominal charge).

We offer a collection service from Malaga airport at a cost of €15 per round trip if required. The pool is open from 10 am until dusk and is shared by all residents and the BBQ is available for residents providing they supply their own charcoal and food. We are very flexible; and within reason, will always help our guests with anything that they require.
