Situated in the Tramuntana Mountains but only 15 minutes to the north-south motorway giving easy access to all parts of the island near to Galilea, The property lies in 4 acres of stone terraced land with old olive trees & shady pine trees, in designated area 'Rustica' (ie greenbelt). The property is just a mile from the village where you will find restaurants, small supermarket etc. The area has many activities to offer including cycling, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, sailing, swimming and tennis. The nearest airport is Palma at 15 miles, and the nearest beach is also 15 miles away.

The Apartment: sleeps 2 people only, and is entered through a private patio, which has a gas BBQ, and overlooks the private pool with sun beds. It is centrally heated with a modern kitchen, having a fridge, hob, microwave and oven. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine/iron/etc. The sitting room/dining area is spacious and comfortable with a TV/video & music centre. There is a bedroom with King-size bed, large wardrobe with full mirror and an en-suite modern bathroom with bath, shower and hairdryer. The apartment has been completely redecorated from floor tiles to ceiling with new furnishings, and is always maintained to a very high standard at all times.
