Imagine driving down a private country track, suddenly you are hit by stunning mountain views. (You could be in Tuscany) A pretty Terracotta villa sits above the Orange and Almond Groves. You have arrived at villa Montana, an ideal base from which to explore the real Spain.

Outside:

Around the villa is a fully fenced large garden with wrought iron gates, steps down to a beautiful large private pool, with sun lounger's.

Pool shower, providing warm spring water to wash in.  Separate bathroom. Two terraces, one with garden furniture for six. Open outside dining room for alfresco eating with stunning views and a  BBQ.

Villa Montana is set in 2 acres of its own mountain land. allowing peace, privacy and tranquillity.

Inside:

Large comfortable lounge with open fire. T.V. Stereo with CD player and large selection of CDs. Playstation 1 with games. Video with selection of films.

1 double and two twin bedrooms. All linen provided except beach towels. One bedroom has a desk/workstation and fold away beds should you need it as an office.

A large fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 6, dishwasher, toaster and microwave oven. The washing machine is in the bathroom.

Large bathroom with full size bath, shower, bidet and WC. (in the summer there is also the outside pool bathroom)

Location:

Enjoy the culture and nightlife of Valencia and return to the tranquillity of the mountains approx 45min road and rail. Local train station has trains every 15min. Cost approx 4 euros return.

A beautiful drive down the mountain takes you to the beaches of Taverness and Xeraco approx' 20 to 30 minutes. 15 minutes from the sophisticated 12^th century town of Xativa. Take a stroll through the marble streets, spot the many historical sights. Stop at a patisserie, take the little train to the castle. Xativa has good shopping and many good restaurants.

Local village is 5 minutes by car for everyday provisions. Take a phrase book!

Golf:
 
The world famous Seve Ballesteros golf course situated near Denia 45 minutes approx'.

Villa Montana is great for walks. The local bar can be reached by a 20min walk through the Orange groves. The mountain and valleys are yours to explore as you wish.

Wildlife is abundant. You may spot an Eagle whilst sitting on the terrace. Wild Boar come out at night to in search of Almonds. You may hear them outside the fence at night, whilst you are sitting watching a beautiful star lit sky!
