Alcossebre is a beautiful unspoilt town lying in the Costa del Azahar or "the Orange Blossom" coast. With its 10 kilometers of sandy beaches and stunning mountain views it enjoys a Mediterranean climate with warm winters, hot summers and low rainfall. El Castell is a new, gated, secured complex set in its own grounds with private swimming pool, landscaped garden and private underground parking. It is just two minutes walk from the Playa Carregador, just one of the many European Blue Flag beaches that run through Alcossebre and the adjoining Las Fuentes and the same distance from numerous supermarkets, bars and restaurants, catering for all tastes and price levels.

Located in the province of Castellon it is just an hour from the beautiful Moorish city of Valencia with its old architecture contrasting with the new and radical science museum and huge aquarium, and two and a half hours from Barcelona, one of the most exciting and visually stunning cities not just in Spain, but in the world. Just a short drive away is the old Spanish village of Alcala de Xivert with its magnificent church of Saint Miguel, while a little further away the seaside towns of Benicarlo with its vegetable market and Vinaroz famous for its fish auction. For the more sporting the Panoramica Golf and Country Club and Club Campo de Mediterraneo are just 30 minutes away. For those with young families the Aquapark at Benicassim is just twenty minutes away, while Universals' magnificent theme park, which includes the infamous knuckle-whitening Dragon Khan roller coaster is just over an hour away, at Portaventura near Salou.

The Apartment: set in a new and exclusive complex and built according to the local authority's compulsory low-rise regulations is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. The living area is comfortably furnished with TV/VCR and stereo system. The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, halogen hob, oven and fridge freezer while both double bedrooms have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully fitted with shower, w/c wash hand basin and bidet. Outside, the spacious terrace complete with patio furniture, provides views across the town and also of the sea.
