This luxury hillside apartment (sleeps 4) has uninterrupted panoramic views over sea and countryside as far as the eye can see.  Large (7m x 3m) south-facing private sun terrace, two adjacent award-winning pools, satellite TV, and close to beach, restaurants, shops, and 3 golf courses. Cumbre del Sol is situated on the most easterly point of the Iberian peninsula in an area of extraordinary beauty untouched by mass tourism.  It is arguably the most aesthetically pleasing development on the Costa Blanca, and is a well established and exclusive residential area consisting of private villas and houses with wonderful views, green spaces, and surrounded by the intense blue of the Mediterranean Sea.  Pueblo Panorama is a group of penthouse-style apartments located at the very highest point of Cumbre del Sol.  It is suitable for couples, small families and groups of friends looking for a peaceful and stunning setting, yet near to all amenities.

The Apartment: has a spacious living/dining room – comfortably & tastefully furnished in Mediterranean style cane furniture, with large patio doors opening on to the terrace.  Satellite TV and CD/radio/tape player. The dining area seats 4, with an open archway to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with integrated appliances;  oven/grill/extractor, gas/electric hob, fridge/freezer and kettle & toaster, in fact everything you need for your self-catering holiday.

There are two twin bedrooms – complete with fitted wardrobes and dressing table/drawer space.  The master bedroom has sea views.  Bathroom has bath/shower, WC, bidet, hand basin.  Utility area (in bathroom) – Washing machine.  Iron/ironing board are also provided.  Terrace – has the benefit of the sun all day long, and is fully furnished with large table, 4 chairs, parasol, 2 sun loungers & 2 sun beds.  Parking bay – situated on the access road adjacent to the steps down to the apartment.
Swimming pools – adjacent to the apartment are two beautiful “infinity” swimming pools, both with glorious views over the sea, and for exclusive use by residents.  N.B.
