Our Finca (original Spanish country house) with own pool is situated at the most beautiful part of the Costa Blanca, between Benissa and Teulada, approximately 12 km north-west of Calpe. The area is surrounded by vineyards, olive and almond plantations, therefore it has kept most of it's original charm. The Finca is over 200 years old and has been renovated to today's standard. The total living area is approximately 200 m², therefore it is suitable for 8 to 10 persons: 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. Benissa is a small village at the foot of the Bernia mountains, approximately 15 minutes on foot from the Finca. Here you can find several restaurants and all shopping possibilities, Benissa is not developed for tourism.

The property is about 4100 m² which is divided in four different levels. The plot around the house is 1000 m² and overgrown with palms, almond trees, several bushes and flowers. On the south side of the house there is a 42 m² covered in veranda, where you will find a kitchen block and eating and relaxing corner. The old kitchen is on the west side of the house. The swimming pool is 8 x 4 and is opposite to the large veranda. At the entrance you will find two carports, which used to be the shed to dry grapes and store other goods. A gate to the road can be closed for full privacy.

Two separate kitchens are equipped with ovens and gas burners, refrigerators, both with separate freezer and one dishwasher in the new kitchen. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery: for at least 12 persons. The old kitchen has an open fireplace. Two televisions with satellite receivers and a radio are in both kitchens. In winter one television is placed in the living room.
In the living room you will find one of the open fireplaces. The living room is cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter, because of the thick walls (approximately 60 to 70 cm). 

The house has five bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (this one is small and only suitable for two children). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a small room with two single beds. Each bedroom has a small build-in cupboard. Both floors have a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A washing machine is in a separate outside room next to one of the kitchens, adjoined by a grill room. There is a telephone for incoming calls. For your security an alarm system is installed

The mountainous surroundings of the Finca Canor are breathtaking. In these landscapes you can find beautiful sights, which are very enjoyable. The beaches on the Costa Blanca are lovely. You can choose between the long beaches in Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe, or the more private beaches between Moraire and Javea. Also you can find small beaches between Moraire and Calpe. The climate in this area provides pleasant temperatures during all seasons. Locally, you can make a trip on an excursion boat, play golf, climb, swim, sail, dive, etc. Also the sights of the surroundings are breathtaking with the many-sided landscapes.

The following sights are worthwhile looking at: a trip to the mountain village of Guadelest, with view at the water reserve or a walk through the valley of Vall de Laquart to the dried up water reserve, with 1000 steps from Roman times. There are several Safari parks in the Area: Mundomar-Parc for sea-animals near Benidorm, Sierra Aitana in the mountains (behind the village of Alcolecha), or Vergel on the road between Vergel and Pego. Also a visit to Cactuslandia in Altea with its tropical birds and Terra Mitica (daytrip) in Benidorm is recommended. Here in the mountains you can eat grilled lamb and other specialities. On Saturday it is interesting to visit the flea market in Jalon or purchase wine or honey products opposite the market.
