Beautiful house, just 200 metres above Burriana beach. Walking distance to Nerja's town centre. Situated in a quiet residential area.

The property sleeps 4. There is one double bedroom with shower room en-suite, air conditioning and heating, one twin bedroom as well as another fully equipped shower room. The two bedrooms look out to a fresh patio with plants.

Well equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer - all electric.

Large lounge/dining room with Satellite TV and air conditioning/heating and open fireplace for the winter. Large patio door leads to breakfast terrace looking out to the sea and mountains, spiral stairs lead to a roof terrace with splash pool, barbeque area and views all around. In the summer this large terrace is covered with a pagoda and open in the winter totally private. House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
