A fabulous Penthouse with possibly the best views over the extremely popular Burriana beach.
Situated in a quiet area with comfortable Andalucian furniture and from the comfort of the lounge you can hear and see the waves the waves lapping onto the beach.
2 bedrooms, one is a double and the other is twin bedded. Shower room, living/dining room that seats four, well fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, iron and ironing board and toaster.
The apartment has air conditioning for the summer and also heating for the winter evenings.

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV.
Facing South and West the apartment benefits from all day sun.
Balcony, terrace, patio furniture and car parking to the rear.
Activities within easy reach include golf, sailing, scuba diving, aqua park to name a few, and the ski resorts are only 2 hours drive.
