Tenerife is part of the Canary Island archipelago just off the west coast of Africa. It is on the same degree of latitude as Florida and the Bahamas. Only 4 hours flying time from the UK this sub-tropical island has one of the finest climates on the planet. From the snow capped peak of Mount Teide to the sun drenched beaches of the coast. The southern coastal areas enjoy the most sunshine, the best weather, the least clouds and highest temperatures.

With a choice of easy access ground floor or first floor apartments with views of the Golf Course and sea in a four storey block. The apartments are only three miles from the airport and about 15 minutes drive to the resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas by car, taxi or bus. Local activities include; golf, horse riding, tennis, go-carting, water sports, bars, restaurants, mini markets all available near to the Complex. The apartments have their own private swimming pool with bar/restaurant set in well-maintained gardens

Amarilla Golf has several bars, shops and restaurants. Tenerife is noted for it's all year round climate and it's golf courses. The gentle sea breeze helps to keep you cool while enjoying the challenge of this championship golf course. There are also a number of other golf courses with in easy reach of the apartment. Golf del Sur with its restaurants, bars and shopping facilities is a short walk away and boasts a further golf course. Swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, sub-aqua, go-carting all available locally

The Pool has a separate shallow area for children, sun bathing areas, shower facilities and a bar and restaurant.

The apartments have the following features: Choice of either two single beds or a double bed, plus one double bed settee, one bathroom with either full size bath or shower, with toilet and wash basin. American style kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle & two-slice toaster plus microwave oven to first floor apartments. Lounge with bed settee, balcony to first floor apartments and patio to ground floor with table and chairs. A clothes airer, iron and ironing board are also supplied along with washing machines to first floor apartments, launderettes on site.

The nearest international airport: Reina Sofia, 3 Miles.  Note: Due to the proximity to the airport there may be some occasional aircraft noise.

The nearest beach is 300 yards and the nearest sandy beaches are a 15 minutes drive at Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. approx 6 miles.
