The magnificent cities of Murcia and Elche, home of the northern most palm forest in the world are within a short drive, and the property is served by 2 international airports, Murcia (15 Minutes) and Alicante (40 Minutes). There are local shops within a short walking distance catering for everyday needs and within 2km there is a large supermarket. Banks and a Post Office are within the immediate locality.  The coast is only 250 meters from the property. There are a number of sandy beaches and coves within a short walk as well

Accommodation: Luxuriously appointed, the property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two sun terraces, as well as a front patio area.
The accommodation consists of: 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with bath and shower, one with shower. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Living room with satellite TV, video player, mini hi-fi with CD and tape decks, and dining area with table and chairs for 6.

Outside: The property has a roof sun terrace with 2 sun loungers. The double bedroom has a balcony with table and 2 chairs. Front Patio area with table and chairs for 6. Communal pool and garden 20 metres from house.

Airports: Alicante 40 minutes, Murcia (San Javier) 15 minutes.

Notes on booking: These prices are based on a maximum of six people for one week commencing Saturday and include a clean and fresh linen on Saturday where more than one week is booked. An additional clean can be pre-booked if required at an additional cost of £40 per clean. We offer a discount of 10% for parties of 4 people or less.
