This brand new villa consists of two floors and has an enclosed garden with a private swimming-pool and four lounge-chairs. Near the pool is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe, plus a barbecue. The villa is furnished with two bedrooms, (1x double and 1 x twin) and a sofa bed which suits for 4/6 persons and a baby cot is available. The villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters.  Both the swimming-pool and the garden are maintained weekly.

The living room is airy and comfortably furnished with a sofa bed which can sleep two people, 2 armchairs, stereo and a television with a cable connection. Further an internet-connection is available.  The kitchen is fully equipped with amongst others: a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher,  coffee machine, toaster and mixer. There are two bathroom’s in the property.  The first is on the upper floor and is equipped with a washbasin, shower, toilet and bidet.  There is another bathroom on the ground floor which is equipped with a wash basin, shower and toilet. Furthermore in this bathroom a washing machine is available.  Finally there is a safe available in this villa.

The mentioned rental rates are inclusive of: Personal receipt with explanation about the villa/area, service package (linen/towels, final cleaning)  energy costs (water and electricity), tourist tax, insurance, villa/furniture, use and maintenance of pool and the use of air-conditioning (can be used as heating during winter period)

The rent should be paid as follows: Advance payment of € 200 at reservation, remainder + € 300 inventory deposit payable at least 6 weeks prior to date of arrival.  The inventory deposit will be refunded after the rental period if it turns out that everything is in order .
