Vistamar Apartment,
Aguamarina, Cabo Riog Luxury is standard in this two bedroom apartment, on the beautiful Costa Blanca. This apartment complex is located on the south east coast of the Costa Blanca region. It is ideally situated in the ex-pat community of Cabo Roig, near Torrevieja. This means that you can get to British Bars ( 30 less than 5 minutes away) and restaurants, including Chinese, Italian , Mexican, English and of course Spanish at greatly reduced prices. In fact, I’d never heard of this part of Spain, but was overwhelmed by the good beaches, beautiful scenery and great atmosphere. Karaoke, live bands, quizzes and much more are all-available, but without the larger louts that are often found in tourist areas. This is very family orientated.
The beaches are all blue flag, safe, gradually sloping into the turquoise sea, with golden sands, with several to choose from. There are all the amenities that you will find at tourist beaches including deckchairs, beach bars, and water sports but obviously less populated. The sea is less than 200 meters away or a five minute walk. The apartment sleeps four people comfortably, or five/six with children in the group. It consists of 2 single beds, 1 double bed and a double sofa bed. The apartment offers the luxury of self-catering in the new era that “do it yourself holidays” offer. It has a washing machine, fridge / freezer, combi-oven / grill microwave, electric oven and of course standard items including kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer ect. There are also many extras including wrought iron patio set, lockable safe, and 40 channels sky TV offering movie channels, sports 1 and 2, euro sports, music, children’s channels, and ITV and BBC. In fact every luxury possible has gone into the planning of this apartment. (air conditioning coming soon)
The four golf courses are all championship
standard and less than 10 minutes away by car. The local management company
can arrange transfers and tee off times. The management company are English
and are 2 minutes away, they will be happy to cater for all of your needs,
local advice on banks, chemists, places to visit and medical attention in
the event you should need it. The airports that service the area are Alicante, 45 minutes away and Murcia, 20 minutes away. Pick up can be
arranged from Alicante for 45 euros (approximately £30) and Murcia 25 Euros
(Approximately £18). Maps can be emailed if you are hiring a car, The
costal road N332 and the A37 motorway pass the airport so it is very easy to
reach the apartment. Take advantage of the “no frills airlines”
and luxury apartment, and be assessed of no more self catering nightmares. |
