Pretty first floor apartment in a small complex,
2 bedrooms, sleeps 4/6. Shared pool.

The apartment is on the first floor accessible by stairs or lift. The small complex shares a communal pool set in lovely gardens. It is only a two-minute walk to the long sandy beach. There are Bars / Restaurants and a supermarket near by. The property is located on the road going out of town. Denia town centre is ten minutes by car or bus, which runs every half hour from across the road. The town is a busy working place. It has a lovely tree lined road, which runs through the centre of town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. There are many historical sites to see in and around Denia including a castle, which stands high above the town. There is a new Marina, which is lovely to walk around.

The kitchen The shared pool

The accommodation comprises of: Kitchen with fitted units, fridge freezer, electric hob/oven, kettle, toaster etc. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and storage space and the Air condition/heating system. 1st bedroom has king size bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. This has French doors overlooking the pool and garden area. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and beside cabinet. The main bathroom has toilet, bidet, bath/shower and vanity unit. 2nd bathroom has a shower / toilet and sink with mirror. Living room with television, DVD player, 2 sofas (one is a pull out bed), side table with soft lighting, table and 4 chairs, large window overlooking the pool and gardens, patio doors which leads out onto the large sun terrace. This is equipped with table and 6 chairs, sun beds and umbrella. Towels and bed linen are supplied for 4 people

Denia is 1 hour 10 mins from Alicante airport. We can arrange car hire or pick up service for you.
