The complex is set in beautiful tropical, landscaped gardens, with ponds of Koi Carp and water falls. Restaurants are within easy walking distance, and Fuengirola, just 3 Km away, is a lively resort with hundreds of restaurants, many bars and a marina. For the children “Aquapark” and the zoo are very close and the beaches of Fuengirola are only a 5-minute drive.

The Property: The front terrace with B-B-Q area looks out onto the tropical gardens and swimming pool with the golf course in the background, and the rear of "Casa Almendros" is a fantastic area for breakfast in the sun. There is a twin bedroom, with patio doors opening onto the balcony, with the private bathroom  just outside the bedroom door. The master double bedroom  has a private terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven/hob and microwave. The lounge has a three and a two seater settee and has patio doors leading to the ground floor terrace. The lounge has A/C and heating unit, a wood burning stove, T.V. D.V.D. Sky T.V. and radio/cd.

Malaga Airport is located 6 km to the west of Malaga city and 25 km (30 minutes by car) from Mijas. The journey by car to Mijas is mainly by motorway and very straightforward; when leaving the airport keep to the right-hand lane and take the N340 towards Torremolinos, Cadiz etc. After approximately 2 km (keep yourself to the right-hand side of the road otherwise it is easy to miss the turn-off) filter right onto the E15/N340 Motorway signed to Benalmadena / Algeciras. You will exit the motorway at Fuengirola / Mijas. Taxis are plentiful at Malaga Airport, the cost to Mijas is about 3,500 pesetas. There is also a Train Station located within the airport. The first train of the day to Fuengirola leaves at 06.13 and then at 43 and 13 minutes past the hour. The last train leaves at 22.43; the journey takes 29 minutes.

The pool is in commission all year round. Sometimes pool equipment breaks or pools spring leaks. We cannot be held responsible if a pool is not in operation due to circumstances beyond our control but every effort will be made to solve any problem as quickly as possible.
