Set in 2 acres of private land with olive, orange, and peach trees, there are mountains all around and panoramic views to the sea in the distance. Though it is set in the mountains it is only 40 minutes from Malaga airport and has excellent access. There is a traditional local village nearby and a more substantial town 15 minutes away. The area has a large lake, 10 minutes away, where one can sail, horse ride etc, and there’s also a great bar and restaurant. The nearest beach is 25 minutes drive.

The villa: has four bedrooms: one master with en-suite and private balcony, one double, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. The property is in traditional Andalucian style and has been tastefully renovated. There is a large, farmhouse style, fully fitted kitchen, with washing machine, gas cooker, microwave and dishwasher, and of course, plenty of smaller equipment, crockery and cooking utensils. The spacious, comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has a wood burner, TV, stereo and CD player.

Outside there is a large sun terrace that surrounds the property giving all-day sunshine. There is a large pool with two separate sun terraces, and a private driveway with parking. The property is set in 2 acres of land and gardens, private pool and private sun terraces. Access to the villa itself is on main roads except the last 1km which is a rural lane, but totally accessible in a normal car.

The key holders are a retired English couple that live nearby. Airport pick-ups/drop-offs are available for 35 Euros, and an informal taxi service anywhere in the area is available for shopping, etc.
