This new air conditioned 3 bedroom apartment, enjoying a communal pool area, is only just available for rent, so- we have vacancies throughout 2004, including July and August. This is situated on the popular Villa Martin Golf Complex, but is just as suited to families as to golfers.

A block of 4 apartments on ground and first floor, ours is on the upper floor which offers a private roof top solarium. The whole apartment is comprehensively fitted with attractive furniture, dishwasher, air con/heating, washing machine, cooker, microwave, satellite TV, DVD, Cassette/C.D.

There are 2 bathrooms, 2 x twin bedrooms, large fitted wardrobes offer good storage space and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (completely adequate for teenagers or even adults) .The lounge has French Doors leading on to a balcony with table and chairs, to eat or just enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

Villa Martin is well known as a popular venue with many small apartment complexes and its' famous plaza. The Plaza, which is just 7 minutes stroll from the apartment offers an amazing range of restaurants including, Asian, Chinese, Indian, French, Argentinean, Italian, German, Mexican and of course English. It has good bars with everything on hand including a bank, doctor, optician, gift shop, supermarket, health store etc. This is not the average Commercio Central  but a really attractively laid out courtyard of premises - all are English speaking. 

There is of course Golf available on the complex plus another four courses within a 10 minute drive. The beach is another 5 minutes drive, tennis is available on the complex and water sports on the beach. It is situated 40 minutes from Alicante Airport and 20 minutes from Xan Javier Murcia.

Situated south of Torrevieja you can do the tourist bit by visiting here or Punta Prima or perhaps drive for 10 minutes towards the mountains and pick the oranges and lemons as they hang over the road. San Miguel des Salinas is just 10 minutes away and is a typical Spanish Village. Elche the palm tree capital of Spain and Orihuela with it's cloistered Cathedral are just another short drive.
